Chen-Ruan Cohomology of cotangent orbifolds and Chas-Sullivan String Topology

Summary: In this paper we prove that for an almost complex orbifold, its virtual orbifold cohomology \cite{LUXSymmetric} is isomorphic as algebras to the Chen-Ruan orbifold cohomology of its cotangent orbifold.
