A note on the Gurov-Reshetnyak condition

Summary: An equivalence between the Gurov-Reshetnyak $GR(\e)$ and Muckenhoupt $A_{\infty}$ conditions is established. Our proof is extremely simple and works for arbitrary absolutely continuous measures.
