Equivariant Cohomology and Wall Crossing Formulas in Seiberg-Witten Theory

Summary: We use localization formulas in the theory of equivariant cohomology to rederive the wall crossing formulas of Li-Liu \cite{Li-Liu} and Okonek-Teleman \cite{Oko-Tel} for Seiberg-Witten invariants.
