A fake smooth $\Bbb{CP}^2\#\Bbb{RP}^4$

Summary: We show that the manifold $ *\Bbb{CP}^2\# *\Bbb{RP}^4$, which is homotopy equivalent but not homeomorphic to $ \Bbb{CP}^2 \# \Bbb{RP}^4 $, is in fact smoothable.
