Example of a non-log-concave Duistermaat-Heckman measure

Summary: We construct a compact symplectic manifold with a Hamiltonian circle action for which the Duistermaat-Heckman function is not log-concave. This provides a counter-example to a conjecture of Ginzburg and Knudsen.
